Juneteenth BBQ

Monday, June 19th, 11am - 5pm

Roosevelt Island Lighthouse Park

JUNETEENTH BBQ

In the fine tradition of last year's RNO, if you are in town for Monday, June 19th following the tournament, you are invited to the club's Juneteenth BBQ! This is an informal social event where you are encouraged to bring food or drinks to share with new and old mahjong friends.

The BBQ will be held at the Roosevelt Island Lighthouse Park, in the picnic area. The park is accessible by car, or by the F train Roosevelt Island stop to the free Red Bus Octagon stop.

COVID GUIDANCE

NYC no longer requires the use of a mask in indoor settings. However, we encourage the wearing of a mask to prevent the spread of any disease, and require that you are COVID vaccinated. If you sit at a table with a player who requests you wear a mask, we will have disposable masks available if you do not have your own. All COVID guidance is subject to change in accordance with NYC and NYS mandates.

REFUND POLICY

By submitting payment we assume you will participate in the tournament. Refunds for withdrawals will only be honored in the case of emergencies (e.g. exposure to covid, flight delays/cancellations). If you are unclear as to what constitutes a valid emergency, please reach out to us.
